Your infants and toddlers are one-of-a-kind gems so we treat them that way. Our nursery offers:
- Consistent weekly volunteers caring for children.
- Security and cleanliness as a priority.
- A high ratio of volunteers to children.
- Hand/eye sensory toys are available.
- A parent paging system to contact parents when needed.
- A nursing area for mothers.
- Childcare by reservation for special events.
2’s & 3’s year olds – Jumpers (Room M-10, main building)
4’s, 5’s, & kindergarteners – Skippers (Room L-2, Life Center)
Teaching is provided for preschool children on Sundays by engaging them in Bible stories, learning centers and activities. Wednesday nights features Bible stories, crafts, games, and puppets. Rooms are equipped with puzzles, play dough, blocks, dolls, trucks, and manipulative toys.
Additional Pre-School Ministries:
Little Links
This bi-monthly group connects preschool moms while their children enjoy playtime. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 10:00 – 11:30 am unless otherwise noted. Good weather months (May through October) meetings are at area parks and other kid friendly places, while meetings from November through April are at Hillside. If it rains on a scheduled event May-October we will notify you by e-mail at the last minute and change to the Beavercreek Mall play area. Older siblings are welcome during summer months. Contact Carrie Wolfe or Laurie Weaver for more information. Click here for activity locations for May through August 2010. See September's activites on the parent page.
Dedications
If you want to dedicate your child during a worship celebration service please contact administrative secretary, Debbie Greer at 937.426.7537. Dedications are scheduled several times a year. Parents meet with a pastoral staff member prior to dedications.
